Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason without providing a justification.
Conditions for Returns

Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation and instructions on how to return your item.
Please note:

Unpaid or insufficiently paid shipments will not be accepted.

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is:
Return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
